The Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina is seeking proposals for the “Cross-border Programme Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014-2020, 3rd Call for Proposals” with financial assistance from the IPA allocations for this Programme.
The preparation of IPA III Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro for the period 2021 – 2027 is in progress.
As part of the mid-term evaluation of cross-border cooperation programs among the beneficiary countries of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA 2014-2020), a survey among applicants, beneficiaries and local authorities is underway.
All potential applicants of the 3rd Call for Proposals under the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014-2020 are invited to participate in the Capacity building training on Project development and concept note preparation.
Regional workshop for the Joint Technical Secretariats of 9 IPA II cross-border programmes took place on 25 and 26 September 2019 in Becici, Montenegro. This event was organized by Cross-border Institution Building Plus (CBIB+) under the auspices of the European Commission.

The Info Day was held in Nikšić on 19 December 2018, on the occasion of the Second Call for Proposals in the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro. Representatives of the institutions of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina reminded that the total funds earmarked for the Second Call for project submission are amounted to almost 4.4 million EUR, while an invitation is open until 25 January 2019.

The First Call for Proposals within the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014-2020 (EuropeAid / 153071 / DD / ACT / BA) resulted in contracting of three projects.
Through the IPA I Cross-border Cooperation Program Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro (2007-2013), a total of 35 projects were implemented during the seven-year implementation period. Check the video!
