Partner Search Forum

In order to facilitate the establishment of partnerships between potential applicants, for the purpose of submitting project proposals to the forthcoming Second Call within the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro (IPA 2014 – 2020), the Directorate for European Integration of BiH and the Office for European Integration of Montenegro, with the support of the Joint Technical Secretariat are organising the

PARTNER SEARCH FORUM
which will be held
at Center for Culture Plužine in Plužine, Montenegro
on 6 November 2018 (Registration of participants: 11:00 – 11:30 hrs.)

The purpose of the Forum is to provide information about the Programme to potential applicants, as well as to enable them to present their project ideas and facilitate finding of a potential partner organisation to apply for funds under the expected Second Call for Proposals.
Number of participants in the Forum is limited (two participants from one organization) and participant’s registration is mandatory. You can register your participation online, through this LINK, by 2 November 2018 at the latest. You can register your project idea in the same online form.

As an additional support in establishing partnerships, we are inviting you to be creative – make a two-minute video, which will be broadcasted during the Forum and uploaded to the Programme YouTube channel. The video must be recorded exclusively by mobile phone and saved as mp4 or mp3 format, and should include the following:
• Brief presentation of your organisation and its most important projects
• Cooperation proposal (concrete project idea, which you would like to apply with to the Second Call, with a clear reference to one of the two Thematic Priorities and Specific Objectives)
• Description with whom you would like to establish a partnership (country of origin, type of organization…).

Please mind that the 2nd CfPs will include the following Thematic Priorities and Specific Objectives:
Thematic Priority 2: Environmental protection, promotion of adaptation to climate change, mitigation, prevention and risk management
Specific objective 2.1: Cross-border coordination and joint activities to improve the management and energy efficiency of local water supply, wastewater and solid waste systems, and environmental protection
Thematic Priority 3: Stimulating activities in the field of tourism, cultural and natural heritage.
Specific Objective 3.1: Improving the quality and diversity of tourist offer based on natural and cultural heritage.
