Within the Second Call for Proposals in the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014-2020, the Info Day for potential applicants was held on 18th December 2018 in Mostar.
The event brought together about 70 participants, interested in ways and procedures of participating in the Program, as well in sharing an experience of the applicants from the previous call. The purpose of the Program and other necessary information were presented by the representatives of the EU Delegation to BiH.
The second call for proposals within the framework of the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014-2020, worth 4.39 million EUR, is opened until 25 January 2019. In the framework of this call, projects in the field of environment and tourism will be supported. The Info Day was organized by the BiH Directorate for European Integration and the Office for European Integration of Montenegro, as the operational structure for the implementation of the IPA cross-border program of the two countries, in cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union to BiH and supported by the Joint Technical Secretariat.
The overall objective of the IPA Cross-Border Program BiH-Montenegro 2014-2020 is to accelerate the joint sustainable development of the cross-border area, its economic, cultural, natural and human resources through the strengthening of human resources and joint institutional networks of local communities and local private and public players.Information on the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program BiH-Montenegro 2014-2020 is available at: http://www.cbc.bih-mne.org/ and www.dei.gov.ba.
