In order to support potential applicants for the Second Call (Environmental protection, improvement of climate change adaptation and mitigation, risk prevention and management) for the submission of project proposals within the Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2021–2027 (IPA CBC BiH–MNE 2021–2027), the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro invite all interested organizations/institutions to express their interest in participating in the capacity building programme in the field of project development and preparation of a concept note.
The training is planned for September 2025.
The criteria for participation in this training cycle are the relevance of the planned project idea and of the applicant organization/institution in relation to the Programme Document and the thematic priority of the Second Call.
The programme is funded through technical assistance and is free of charge for participants.
